At VFDS-Direct, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for all applicable conditions and steps.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-refundable unless they are defective or delivered damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or clearance products:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Perishable goods, software, or digital products
- Other products as determined by vendors
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at customercare@vfds-direct.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different product, follow the return process and place a new order once the return is processed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account or payment method first.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
